Straight answers before you book a demo.
No. Each solution stands on its own. Most clients start with one — the depot, the gate, picking or the muster — and add others later.
Every solution imports and exports Excel today, and each has its own web API. Direct links to your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics and others) are scoped and built per project.
Either. The systems run on .NET and SQL Server under IIS, so they install in your own data centre. We can also host and run them for you.
It depends on the module: UHF RFID tags and readers for gates, bags and counts; pick-to-light LED tags for racks; GPS trackers for equipment and wearables for people. We advise on and supply the hardware.
Roles are deny-by-default, every change is on an audit trail, personal ID numbers are encrypted, and deployed systems go through a secure-development checklist before go-live.
