Depot Automation

Orders, port and customs, inventory, gate and yard — one paperless platform for container depots.

The problem it solves: Gate sheets, yard boards and customs papers that never match — and nobody sure which container moves next.

How Depot Automation works

  1. 1Order created — import, export or palletized
  2. 2Truck gated in: container, driver and photos captured
  3. 3Reach stacker assigned a yard bin, then stuffing or destuffing
  4. 4EIR and waybill printed, container gated out

What you get

  • Digital gate-in / gate-out with validation
  • Yard & bin locations with pending-move timers
  • Stuffing, destuffing and cross-stuffing
  • Pre-Bayan, Final Bayan and FASAH tracking
  • OCR for CRO, packing list, invoice and manifest
  • EIR & waybill printing, dwell-time reports

Gate & Yard

One connected operation.

Gate teams, reach stacker operators and supervisors share one view of each container and its next action.

01

Digital gate operations

Capture container, truck and driver details. Record gate-in/out times and validate each transaction before it completes.

02

Inspections & photos

Record inspection findings and keep the container photos against the transaction they belong to.

03

Yard & bin visibility

Track every container's bin location and status, and the reach stacker movements still pending.

04

Stuffing & destuffing

Route containers to stuffing, destuffing or depot return, with pending actions and completion updates.

05

EIR & waybill generation

Generate and print Equipment Interchange Receipts and waybills, kept against the saved record.

06

Reports & history

Current stock, gate activity and movement history — filtered and exported for follow-up.

Clear handovers. Traceable movements.

Timestamps, waiting timers and dwell-time categories show the pending work and follow each container from arrival to departure.

Orders & Cargo

Connect orders to execution.

Order management, port and customs, receiving and inventory work together with gate and yard — in one platform.

07

Order management

Containerized import/export and palletized export orders, with customer references, shipment details, drafts and status.

08

Port & customs operations

Customer shipment requirements, port shuttling instructions and transport orders, handed straight to the gate.

09

Customs & clearance tracking

Pre-Bayan, Final Bayan, FASAH/TASTO references and load permits, with key dates, attachments and clearance status.

10

Shipment documents & OCR

CRO, packing list, invoice and manifest captured by OCR or by hand — with extracted fields and mismatches to review.

11

Receiving & inventory

Material receiving and pallet inventory linked to orders, storage records and pallet allocation for shipment.

12

Stuffing & cross-stuffing

Container and pallet assignments, stuffing instructions and the yard moves behind them, inside the order.

One order. Connected teams.

Shared documents, instructions and shipment updates connect account management, port and customs, inventory and the yard for the whole order.

Visibility with control.

Built for depots, logistics hubs and yards that need coordinated execution and records they can rely on.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Straight answers before you book a demo.

No. Each solution stands on its own. Most clients start with one — the depot, the gate, picking or the muster — and add others later.

Every solution imports and exports Excel today, and each has its own web API. Direct links to your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics and others) are scoped and built per project.

Either. The systems run on .NET and SQL Server under IIS, so they install in your own data centre. We can also host and run them for you.

It depends on the module: UHF RFID tags and readers for gates, bags and counts; pick-to-light LED tags for racks; GPS trackers for equipment and wearables for people. We advise on and supply the hardware.

Roles are deny-by-default, every change is on an audit trail, personal ID numbers are encrypted, and deployed systems go through a secure-development checklist before go-live.
